Q. Do you do small projects or only the big ones?
A. We don't care for the "no job too big or too small" slogan, but we will give you an estimate on any project you want done. Whether it be just an entry door installed, or a whole house renovation.
Q. Are you Licensed and Insured?
A. Yes we are! We will provide proof of insurance at request. We have also done the testing for the 2006 ICC International Building Code. The ICC or The International Code Council is a member-focused association dedicated to helping the building safety community and construction industry provide safe, sustainable and affordable construction through the development of codes and standards used in the design, build and compliance process.
Q. Do you work hourly or by job?
A. We believe that the best way to do a job, is honestly and fairly, and the best way to do a job honestly and fairly is by bidding your work by job. We give free estimates on all work to be done and THE ESTIMATE PRICE IS THE FINAL PRICE! *Unless the customer makes major changes during the job.*
Q. How far do you travel from Powell?
A. We will travel in a 50 mile radius of Powell. Those towns include: Cody, Meeteetse, Clark, Frannie, Deaver, Cowley, Lovell, Byron, Greybull, Basin, Burlington. If you live in any of these towns or surrounding areas, please don't hesitate to give us a call! Remember, our estimates are always free!
Q. How much of your work gets given to sub-contractors?
A. We pride ourselves in our ability to do most of our work, ourselves. There are occations when a sub-contractor will need hired, i.e. Electrical and HVAC.
Q. Do you only do remodel work?
A. Not at all! We build barns, shops, garages, and Custom Homes, along with our remodel work.
